14th ‘Houvast’ Tournament, Mierlo, Holland
This weekend just gone, Joe Anker-Munnerley, Jasmine Turner, Luke Turner, David Jones, Shane Davies and Riley Hall-Woodcock all went to Mierlo in Holland to fight in the 14th ‘Houvast’ Tournament. It was really tough and only one player, Shane Davies, won a trophy (gold) - well done, and well done to all our other players, who fought really hard, but were unlucky enough to win trophies. Riley just missed out on the bronze.
East Midlands Area Low Grade Open 2009
Sunday the 10th May was the East Midlands Area Low Grade Open tournament 2009 held at Earl Shilton in Leicestershire. As usual, we came home with several trophies. Well done to Joshua Dunn (his first tournament), Joshua Stoke, Ben Bradshaw and Reece Harrington, who all fought really hard, but just missed out on winning trophies.
